Genre characteristics - the video goes with the stereotypes of a pop video because we see a lot of dancing, singing, locations, matching costumes. the group is made up of 4 boys which we would expect a boy-band to consist of.
Visuals/lyrics - The group uses a lot of hand gestures to represent the lyrics, for instance, when the lyrics say that they would die, Adam falls backwards. Also, when Adam says spreading, he spreads his arms out to convey this.
Visuals/music - The dancing matches the beat of the music.
Need to sell artist - The video switches between band members, giving them a lot of screen time and this gives the audience a chance to like them.
Intertextuality - The video doesn't reference any of media.
Voyeurism - Video is aimed at the female audience, there's a lot of dancing that they might enjoy watching.
